Hi,
I have had a Pixel Watch since last December and have never been able to open the Health Metrics section on Fitbit. I can click on it, but nothing happens.
Other users mentioned that clearing cache and removing and adding the tile has worked, but this is not the case for me. In fact, if I remove the tile, then press save, the health metrics tile automatically comes back.
How can I access this feature? It's a waste of my 6 month premium trial if I never get it working.

Hi @TJ2023 - did you also try logout of the Fitbit App then swipe off the active window, clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone and watch again.
Also check the phone settings for these problems in case it is not getting a sufficient Internet access No internet connection

@TJ2023 - vwhen you click on profile photo in the Fitbit App make sure you don't see MobileTrack as well as your and if you do remove it .
If you don't see it try removing your watch from the account and then logout and login and run " Set up a Device" and replace. You will need to setup notifications and any other watch settings again.
You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
