Celebrations not working after recent update

 After we complete our goal when we open app a green flash with stars come. Also if every task like steps calories are achieved the whole screen flashes with green .it is a real motivating thing to see after doing the hard work of exercises throughout the day. After recent app update its not working

I can definitely see how this can be a very motivating!

 

Maybe you could try to force close the app and then open it up again in order to force it to reload everything again and have the celebrations show up once again.

But if i force close do i have to reinstall app and i saw from the link
that all my data will be lost.pls confirm

Hello @Mahagk.

 

If you force close the app it doesn't necessarily mean that you have to uninstall it. Even if you did, no data would be lost as it is all stored in our servers and then downloaded to the app once you connect. Anything that has already synced to the app will not be lost in any way.

no. its not the case. once i reach my goal the green text comes but it does not flash. it had come earlier before the update. i am sure its not my individual problem. people may not report it as its not a major thing for many people
