Charge 2 not syncing with Huawei

What's the problem. My charge 2 won't sync with my Huawei android, hasn't done so since 3/5 /21. Please can you sort this out. I see others have same issue.

Please try this syncing troubleshooting

 

If you keep experiencing this, let me know if you're getting any error message and the phone model and OS installed on it.

Hi Yes I have had this issue since Monday, I haven't been able to sync, so I have done a hard reset and nothing. I've resorted to unpairing my device. Now it doesn't even pair back up in my account.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Thanks for the reply I have it all sorted now.i ended up unpair charge 2 and just start from the beginning and rebooted my device and is now working.
