My Charge 2 refuses to sync. I've tried everything the troubleshooter says and still nothing. The devices pair but won't sync. Help!?

I have the same problem. It was syncing, stopped on 7th July. Spoke to customer support. Apparently now my phone is the issue

Hi Steve H,
I wanted to add 1 more thing to your Charge 2 bluetooth / sync troubleshooting guide. As a last resort, let the battery go completely dead. This solved my issue after trying all the things you listed. It's the only way to give it a "cold" boot.
