I have a Samsung S7 edge and my phone and text messages are not allerting my Fitbit. The notifications is switched on, I have synced,I have turned Bluetooth on and off, I have re paired the devices and still nothing. It used to work and then just suddenly stopped. I have tried all the Fitbit help and troubleshooting. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

I have a Charge 2 tracker(?) (I presume as I can turn notifications on/off). It repeatedly stops notifying me of calls and/or texts. This seems to happen every few days. My Charge 2 notifications are set to on. If I restart my Tracfone Galaxy S5, sometimes that solves the problem. Other times, I need to reset the Charge 2. Sometimes I need to do a triple reset. (on charger, press and hold button four seconds until start screen, wait four seconds repeat). Now when a text message comes in, I only get one notification. Before, I would get a notification every ten minutes or so when my cell would give me the text message incoming chime. Also, the delay between my cell chiming for texts or calls seems to have increased since I first installed it about a year ago. By the time I get the notification for a call, the caller has hung up. What is the resolution for this? Thanks -Jim

I have checked every setting on my fitbit and I still can't receive texts and call notifications from my charge 2 to my phone. I have a galaxy s7. It only worked for a month and then quit. But when I go in to my settings it says a notification had been deleted. But I haven't deleted anything. And I have checked the settings on my phone and made sure the notifications are not muted. Please help.

Thank you very much for trying to go through all of those steps before posting in here.
I would recommend that you try to follow through all of the steps in this article, in the order in which they show up. They should definitely help. Some of the steps might be similar to the steps that you have already tried but I definitely think it is worth a try again.

hi there! i have this same issue and am hoping that your suggestion will work! could you please clarify what you mean by "side button"? on the phone? i don't see what i need to hold down to unmute.

In this case they were referring on the button on the side of the Charge 2. I hope that clarifies the statement.
