Charge won'the sync with my phone

I get an error that says my phone "Couldn't pair with Charge because of an incorrect PIN or passkey." What does this mean and how can I get it to sync with my phone? I can sync it with my Samsung Galaxy nook just fine.

You do not need a PIN or passkey to pair your device with your Android. If you follow the directions on the above link, it should work.

It's nice to see you in the Community! Robot winkThe error message "Incorrect Pin or Password" error you're receiving is because you're trying to set up your tracker using Bluetooth settings instead of the Fitbit app, you can follow the steps @Odyssey13 provided you to resolve this.
