Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

My husband has the Charge 5 and I warned him not to do the update after I updated my Luxe and got this problem. Right now his is fine.

Whereabouts is the me too button. I see the count but no where to add to it

I have a nearly brand new Fit Bit Versa 3, not even a month old. All software updates are current. Given the extent to which this issue has impacted so many folks, it makes sense that it is a software glitch, and not necessarily our Fit Bits or phones. I went through one previous glitch years back in which everything was running smooth - until an update. I lost many services but they were eventually restored. Hard to be patient when something was working and is interrupted. Believing this too shall pass.

Since this week's update the estimated oxygen variation has gone nuts! Instead of getting an occasional singular spike the chart looks like a bed of nails. Not only my current chart, but went back and made a mess of all my earlier nights as well. This happened to a friend as well. We both use Google pixel 6 phones. He has the Charge 4 or 5 and I have a Versa 3.

Can anyone tell me what this may mean? My oxygen variation is all over the place!

I have been tracking my EOV since it was available on an Android phone. In the past my high EOV variations were almost never high and now my data looks like this:
... similar to what others have reported. I looked back in time and also found that all of my previous EOV data has been altered. Specifically, it looks like the gain of the recordings has been increased done since the amplitude of all the EOV fluctuations has increased. Did someone apply a positive scaling factor to our data? My spouse has a charge 5 running on the Apple OS and does not have this problem. This issue needs to be addressed ASAP.

The same thing happened to my charge 4. When will this be resolved?

The simplest but MOST EXPENSIVE "workaround" to this EOV problem (if you get too impatient waiting for a Fitbit App solution to be released) is to replace or switch the device you use for VIEWING Fitbit GRAPHICS to an APPLE device -- ipad or iphone. The FITBIT watch (whether you have a Versa, Charge, etc.) has nothing to do with the SPIKEY graph-- it is 100% due to the new release of the FITBIT APP which is running EXCLUSIVELY on ANDROID PHONES. You cannot rollback to the previous version, so once the FITBIT App has been updated on your Android Smartphone, you are stuck with the new EOV GRAPH (for now at least).

Yes I've just noticed this, I'm using a charge 4 and the dramatic change has been backdated forever as far as I can see

I am also having the same experience since the update. Your description of "bed of nails" is spot on. I use a Pixel Pro 6 and it was a normal graph but the update changed EVERY previous reading as well.
