Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Hi everyone.
Thanks for your continued reports. I understand how important this data is for you and I apologize for this experience. As mentioned before, our team is working on improvements for the Estimated Oxygen Variation graph which will be available in a new release this month. Be sure to keep the Android Fitbit app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
Additionally, let me clarify this post was marked as the Best Answer to help other members, so the can know we're aware of this issue and working on a fix. However, I appreciate your feedback and we'll keep monitoring this thread to provide you with more updates as soon as we receive them from our team.
By the way, if you have a question NOT related to the Estimated Oxygen Variation (EOV) graph, I'd encourage you to start a new thread in the Help Forums. That will help us to keep threads on topic or tailed to a specific topic.
Remember...Google owns Fitbit now. I'm sure there are many changes coming such as rolling the Fitbit app into Google Fit.
Best AnswerMine look exactly the same way whereas before the new update they were perfectly normal... I'm also not receiving text messages on my watch... Something happened with the new update is the most information that I have received I sent a message to a moderator 4 days ago and never heard back. I'm assuming at this point they're aware of it and hopefully we'll get fixed quickly
Best AnswerYes someone suggested this previously and the post was deleted by the moderators 🙄🙄
My charge 3 has recently had an update on the way sleep score is displayed and this seems to have affected the oxygen variation display. Previously I very rarely had a high variation on estimated oxygen levels but now current and past records are now showing regular high variations. Is the an error or has the level somehow changed? Does anyone know what's going on? I know of one other user experiencing the same thing and her variations are so high she is worried about her health! Please help!
Well I see I'm not the only one and I am disturbed that I have been misled for the last year with the graph being totally different than the one now that makes it look like I have constant high variations. In the past I rarely ever moved out of the green section and no matter how far back I check the days now it's the same. These days the only thing that's watch is good for is playing music and even that doesn't always work right.
EOV still doesn't function properly. It's been 2 weeks now. Time to find a better product.
Best AnswerIf you're interested in more detailed O2 data and can handle another purchase, I can tell you my Wellue pulse oximeter ring has been great. In combination with a Fitbit Charge 4 and the SnoreLab app recording me I get a complete picture (but not always pretty picture of my nights, lol). The Wellue ring pairs with an app so that you get a graph of your O2 readings as well as number of drops, lowest readings, and more. Very useful!
Best AnswerI hope when they finally fix this, they put the X-axis back to the time of day, not from 0 to however many hours you slept. That makes it almost impossible to correlate with your sleep cycles or any external events that occurred during the night! That goes for both the SpO2 and sleeping heart rate. The data on hover would be nice to have both the reading and the time included.
I have the same issue oxygen levels always green now very bad mostly orange even on old reports that were previously all green. Would like to know if these are accurate or if the old ones were accurate.
Best AnswerI just installed a new update this morning yet the O2 fluctuation still give me the crazy spikes and a thick line graph. Is the update you mentioned that addresses this problem still in process or was what I installed this morning (Firmware Version 36.128.6.17) the update.. This update has not solved the problem for my versa 3
Best AnswerThis means that the new update does not yet have a fix for the oxygen saturation graph. Hopefully FitBit will send out a fix soon. I have been using Fitbit since December 2016 and this is the first time I've had any issues with the app. Note that Google bought FitBit in January 2021. It seems like Google just doesn't care. Or is Google purposely destroying the FitBit band so unsuspecting people will buy the Google Pixel watches????? Hmmm.... A FIX FOR THIS ISSUE SHOULDN'T TAKE THIS LONG!!!!
