Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today. Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

The update I received today was for the device's (in my case Sense) firmware (to 44.128.6.17). This had no effect on the way the app behaves..

Hi everyone.
Thanks for keeping me posted, as well as the screenshots provided. As mentioned before, our team is aware of this issue and they're working on improvements for the Estimated Oxygen Variation graph. This will be available in the next Fitbit app version this month, so be sure to keep the Fitbit app updated. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and your feedback is truly appreciated. Once this version is released, we'll also update the Android board.

Were you going to bother letting people know? I was ready to make an appointment with my doctor. It is completely reckless and irresponsible that someone didn't try to communicate with user.

My fitbit has started showing high and low spikes (yellow and green) even on previous, weeks, when I know the readings were all green and no high levels shown. I wore my friends fitbit 5 as well as my own and tge readings on hers showed normal but mine didn't. Can I reset mine somehow?

Thanks for the update - my wife and I thought we needed to call an ambulance for the two of us when we looked at our SPO2 graphs going back to April... Also noticed RHR seems a lot higher than it is being read by other devices i have used in the past - I literally tried two previously used trackers and another in our bed that monitor RHR and it was 3-5 bpm lower on ALL of the other devices... I'm not sure I can trust this device as i had with my Charge 3, etc...

registered 1.2 interruptions in my normal breathing cycle per hour last
night.
The below graph registers 37 or about four and a half per hour.
This is not oops we miss formated at a graph on a device and people are
encouraged to make health decisions based on.
If asked I would not recommend anyone by a sense. If it's not resolved soon
I'm going to request a refund even though I've had the watch on for 2
months.

The chart (supposedly) shows "variations" in "O2 saturation". Can't show former if no data on latter.

To the bestof my knowledge I am running the current FitBit Android version 3.62 – July 22,2022-as the app reports back that “you are running the latest version”.
Somehow mywife escaped this with her Versa 2 as her EOV graphs are displayed as theyalways have been and we both have a Samsung Galaxy S10E. In checking herversion it is 3.58.And God help me if I screwed something up and she winds upwith the EOV graph display those of us on this forum are experiencing. As manyhave suggested there should be a rollback button.
I didn’trealize there was anything that needed improvement – it seems like somethingdefinitely deeds improvement now!
Our onlineversion of newspaper has an option allowing you to choose your user interface. You can click to read the old (classic) version or click to read the newversion.
I notice that many of the forummembers use the FitBit as a medical device. I believe this is a bad mistake;not just with the FitBit, but with Apple, Samsung and the multitude of othertrackers on the market. These are trackers and provide alerts not diagnoses.
This being said, I still want therollback option and the graphs restored to their prior display including the bargraph with the dark blue background.

I got an email from the group saying we should make sure our fitbit app on android is updated. The only update is that lousy one that screwed everything up. They need to get a crew that actually knows what they are doing. Really getting tired of this crap.

I'm getting very different results, too. The old results and the new results cannot possibly both be correct. Which is correct? We genuinely need to know.
My sleep is lousy. If that's being produced by breathing variations I need to know that.

A related issue to the O2 Saturation graph - when you go to see your resting HR for today and click on it, I always was able to 1st enlarge it by clicking then I could swipe back to see the before midnight HR. The new HR chart does not allow you to do this. You can not see the evening then the early morning now by partial swiping. I wonder why they changed this. In any case I have not updated so I can still do this. I don't know where else to put this observation

Still having issues with all the charts from the past years till today.
Any news on the update? Wasn't that expected by the end of July?

For some unknown reason, Fitbit programmers felt that WE, the users, do
not need to know what year we are looking at.

I have noticed that the date labelling on graphs, particularly when they cover a large data period, is sub-par. However, the fact that SpO2 measurement is still inferior to that of a fingertip SpO2 measuring device I can buy for well under ten bucks (for example, B09KYG14JX) is so much more bewildering that we've been laser-focused on that failing. Perhaps you'd like to take the initiative on opening up another topic for the problem you identified.

Just spoke "Chat" to a FITBIT REP. and she told me they are aware of this glitch and their team is trying to resolve it. It is NOT an individual problem. Ton's of people are having the same issue of the Oxygen Variation graph going off the charts. It's beyond me why this hadn"t been resolved immediately...it's been taking weeks. People think they have heart issues!!!!!

I keep downloading the Aptoide version, but my Fitbit keeps updating to the newer version. Is there a way to stop this?

I just rolled back to the July 11 version using Aptoide and everything is as it was.
To make sure Fitbit doesn't automatically update:
Go into the Google Play Store
Click on your avatar in the upper right corner
Go all the way down to "settings"
Look for "Network preferences"
Then find "Auto-update apps" --> toggle to "Don't auto-update apps"
You can manage updates under "Manage apps & device" back under your avatar
Choose individual ones to update-- don't just "update all." Uncheck Fitbit so it will not update.

Thank you for the update. If you know it's broken and are fixing it, is there a reason that you wouldn't go back and use the previous chart so that we have something accurate to view while waiting?
