After the exercise app crashed, I can't enter any data (water, calories or track details of exercise) on the iPhone add. Tried the fix as posted by FitBit (3 times, plus full off on phone) and nothing worked. This is very FRUSTRATING.
Best AnswerFollowed all the steps...ater First time it stopped crashing but some informations were not loading. Today I done the advised actions again, now the missing details are sowing, but today exercise is not loading properly, which was fine before I did the second time clear data.
This is my first fitbit watch, is it always been like this?

(already did the clear data thing, did not work. Also the nike run club and nike training club apps have exactly the same problem. 'activities', the nike equivalent of 'exercises' makes the app crash.)
Best AnswerI have the same issue with fit-bit crashing every time I go to "Exercise". I found the article that suggested "Clear Data", but presumably this will delete 2 years of my history, which I don't want to do!
Is anyone else having a problem with the exercise app on the Charge2 for an iPhone?

Best AnswerI've posted this multiple times now but clearing your app data does NOT clear your history. Data is stored online and you can confirm this by logging onto www.fitbit.com
Anyone with iphone issues, this is a thread about a specific Android issue and you should go to the iPhone forum.
Hi, I have this issue.
I have two options on my phone in the settings, Clear Cache and Clear Storage, Which one should i go for?
When I click Clear Storage it says "All this app's data will be deleted permanently. This includes all files settings, accounts databases, etc"
When I click Clear Cache it just clears the cache. This didn't really solve the problem.
Should i be worried about permanently deleting everything?
I don't want all of my progress for the past three years to disappear in one click.

Best AnswerIf you have lost data I'd really double check the account you're logging into is correct. There is no way it would have been saving 3 years of data directly on your phone.
