I am having the problem of not syncing in the exercise time since yesterday 4/26/20. It looks like you are aware of the issue and are trying to resolve it. I have tried the trouble shooting advice to no avail. So frustrating. Please advise on progress of solution.
Thank you

If I follow the instructions and "clear data" to fix the exercise app crash, will I lose all my fitbit information (steps, exercise, sleep etc) from the last three years?

I was worried that I'd lose all my previously recorded data, but it is all in the cloud, so once I logged back in to the app on my phone, the data all appeared and it is working perfectly now. I recorded a run this morning and I can see it and all of my previous runs, sleep etc

No it won't. All data is stored in the cloud and clearing the app just clears your login details and preferences.

IS your tracker still linked? If not setup it up again.

If using Android, long press on the Fitbit icon to get the menu, tap on the 'i' in a circle, tap on 'storage & cache', then tap on 'clear storage' and 'clear cache'. If you want you can reboot your phone as well. Then when you reopen the app you will need to sign in again.

The problem I have is my Aria -- when I step on scale, says there is no internet connection -- but there is, as it says it has sync'd when I weighed some other thing that could not determine who it was that was getting weighed. Now when I step on it. it detects me, but then when it tries to update through the internet, shows no internet.
