Update 5/1/20: This issue has been resolved with the release of 3.19.2. Please update your app if you haven't already.
Hi everyone. We’re aware of an issue that may cause the Fitbit app to quit unexpectedly when you open the Exercise tile.
To fix an issue where the Fitbit app unexpectedly crashes when you open the Exercise tile, follow these steps. Note you’ll need to log back into the Fitbit app with your email address and password.
- On your phone, open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage.
- Tap Clear Data.
- Open the Fitbit app and log in.
- Be sure to accept the requests for your phone to access your location, notifications, and other settings.

Hello,
Having issues with my Fitbit app on my iPhone 8, I have a Versa 2 device. The "track your exercise" is not functioning on my Fitbit app. As of today, the last exercise it visibly tracked exercise was on 4/24/20; however, I have completed my cardio workouts a few times since. Today is 4/29/20, I did a cardio workout this morning but the exercise for the day is not visible. My devise is updated to the 70.7.21 version. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

Fitbit CHARGE 2 stopped working yesterday AND was fully charged at the time (from its charger), and had JUST completed syncing and updating. As soon as it was removed from the charger, it turned off and won’t re-start or turn on!! This is so frustrating. I’ve tried to delete the Fitbit APP and Re-load it into my smartphone. Put CHARGE 2 into its charger and press the button on the side... nothing is working!!
it was perfectly fine a minute earlier!
Anyone know how to fix this please?

I'm going on 4 days now. Won't sync and lost steps. Sleep not recording. I keep waiting for the miracle and everything will be back in sync again

Still can’t add anything onto my app also can’t track sleep this has been going on for days now ,
I am only reporting now as you messages were saying you were aware of a issue and was being sorted

Hi
Mine is still crashing during exercises and keeps losing my heart rate randomly during the day for a period of time.
I have shut down
Restarted etc and still doing it after about 15 mins of exercise?

I purchased my Fitbit Inspire on April 28, 2020. I setup it up and it worked ok, then I noticed that the clock time was wrong so I went into my app to change the time. That’s when I received a message that my Fitbit and watch did not sync. So I tried everything to try and sync the two together (no success). I reset my Fitbit, disconnected the Bluetooth, logged out the account, only to restart the account setup and now it’s stuck on CONNECTING TO TRACKER and it will NOT move forward with setting up my Fitbit & the App together.

Hi. My Charge 3 is syncing to the app. My data is all there but none of the times open to give me my stats. So I can see 4 out of 5 days exercise , but if I tap on the time, nothing happens

I have a Samsung S6 with an up-to-date android system (version 7.0) and your advice worked for me! I cleared my data in the settings tab, followed your directions, & the exercise app in the Fitbit app doesn't crash now!

I saw the posting of 4-23 and the suggestion that it would be resolved in a few hours. My Fitbit stopped registering HR and exercise 4/25 and is still out. Reminder to “move” keeps going off every hour but HR, steps, sleep, exercise registers as “0”. Is there a fix soon?

OMG When will this issue get fixed!!! The time is messed up and I can't see what my goals are and I have a Samsung 10 plus.
