Trying to download latest update but keep getting message saying update application my Samsung 7 is up to date so am not sure what I am updating other than fitbit.

Hi, @Tuz! That means you need to update the Fitbit app. A recent app update just rolled out in the Play Store, you probably don't have that yet.

I have updated the app and now trying to do the firmware update and it started but won't finish. Now the screen on my Fitbit is frozen and I don't know what to do?

I read more  in forum and deactivate my watch and reloaded and it updated in like 15 minutes .. I have been trying since 8am this morning!
