I just got a new phone and I am trying to pair the Charge HR to my Moto Z Force. It finds the Fitbit and when I type the 4 digit code into the Firbit app it shows 'Connecting' forever. Is there something I can do to resolve this. I trying a reset on the Fitbit and the app is freshly installed.
I have Moto Z Play. Fitbit synced with it for a few months. Then started syncing sporadically (and maybe though the app, as watch was connected to other devices). Anyway, disconnected all other devices, in case that was the problem. Reset, uninstalled app, reinstalled, reset, quite a few times. Still not working.
Set it up with Nexus 5 (old phone). Worked perfectly.
A firmware upgrade would be nice. Or I'll just rethink when upgrade time comes around.
Otherwise, watch is great.
Best AnswerMany Moto phones are not supported, I have the Moto Z and have the same syncing problems.
Notifications do not work at all.
Fitbit are letting their product and customers down; the software is just not good enough.

You've done nothing special to get it going, my notifications are customised.too.
Also, I'm running the retail Moto Z, not the Force or Droid.
Best AnswerAre you able to control music from your Moto z through your Fitbit? That's the only part I can't get to work. It's very irritating

Best AnswerNo, it shows that I'm connected but for some reason it just keeps trying to connect it keeps looping when I look at my Fitbit Blaze so I just given up and I'll just use my LG Tones
