I just got a new phone and I am trying to pair the Charge HR to my Moto Z Force. It finds the Fitbit and when I type the 4 digit code into the Firbit app it shows 'Connecting' forever. Is there something I can do to resolve this. I trying a reset on the Fitbit and the app is freshly installed.

Fitbit is not interested in supporting Moto phones. They have had over a year and released numerous updates.

Again, do not give these people any of your money.

Actually, with the latest update last week, not even notifications work on my Blaze.

Fitbit really is a horrible company for customer service.

Scroll higher to some of my initial posts, my memory of the instructions
are fuzzy. You have to ensure the notifications are turned on in your watch
settings. You have to go to the fitbit blaze app to enable the
notifications you want to receive. Lastly you have to make sure your phone
settings aren't blocking the notifications. I was running my blaze and moto
with no issues (except for the phone controls, which are not supported)

You are correct, I was wrong. MOST MOTO phones are not supported by Fitbit.

Old MOTO phones and those on Verizon appear to be supported. But it does not negate my central question; Why will Fitbit not support the current flagship phones of Motorola? They have had over a year to do so, they obviously have in the past, they support other android phones. SO WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
