Fitbit app is not showing heart rate measurements even when my Versa 2 does

I have a versa 2 connected to a Samsung galaxy note 2 phone but on the fitbit app it reads my heart rate but when I tap into it it says no heart rate measurements?

I have tried all other options such as restart, pair, give access in settings etc and nothing is working

To solve the issue, please try following these suggestions: 

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.

I have done this and gave it a full day to gather data and its still saying no measurements

Update I have performed this 4 times and also factory reset my versa 3 times and It still shows no heart rate  measurements on my app
