Fitbit app log in, gray screen and missing data issues

I can log into the website from my desktop, so I know my login and password are correct, but I'm unable to log into the fitbit app.  I have: force quit the app, cleared cache, restated phone, reopened app.  No luck.  Others have said that uninstalling the app and reinstalling it solved the issue, however this did not work for me either.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I opened the app and noticed that none of my steps were showing up..... I tried syncing and nothing was coming up so I logged out..... I can't back into the app now and I am getting a "Fitbit.com is unavailable please try again later" error message!!

I have uninstalled and installed the app too!

Can anyone advise?

Thanks!

Having exact same probem

I'm guessing that the servers that serve the android app are down.  I was having issues earlier with my step count disappearing, I logged out and back in, which usually corrects the problem; but then I couldn't log back in.

Just spoke with Rep.....they are down and said might take couple hour to be up

Today (and yes I've updated, restarted, etc.) my Versa is syncing but it isn't displaying my steps, exercise, and more. When I click each empty category, the updated info is there and up to date. Just no longer displaying.

I'm on the phone with the support line. They told me that the Fitbit app has a major bug, they are working on it. We have to try again in a few hours.

Same phone. Same result.  No matter if I use wifi or 5g I get "fitbit.com is unavailable."

looks to be a bug/server error, judging from the other threads on this issue.

The app is the same for me. No information on the categories is being displayed. I have the inspire 2 so it has to be an app issue. I hope it gets fixed soon!

I have a Blaze and the same thing was happening. After uninstalling and reinstalling, I am now getting an error when I try to sign on saying that Fitbit.com is not available.

I have the exact same problem, have tried the exact same troubleshooting, and ended up with the same result.

The fitbit server that your app connects to us down - has been down for at least 40 mins now, probably longer.  Once the server is restored the app will act normally.

Well, that is very good to know.  So I will just force myself not to worry about it until later.  Sigh

I'm not able to login my fitbit app because it says it's unavailable. I've Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone but nothing works. Any advice?

I got my versa 3 yesterday and has been syncing fine. Stopped syncing around an hour ago.

Restarted phone, Bluetooth and location. Still no sync. Then the app has logged me out! Now saying "fitbit.com is not available" whenever I try to login.

Have reset my password and still won't work

I'm having the same issue. I even downloaded the app to my laptop and that didn't work either. Tweeted Fitbit but they were no help.
