My phone continuously says its syncing from thurs @ 0015hrs.
It wont update & sync anything from thurs last week
..... i have done all the basic checks

hi i have a ionic with a sony z3,with the same issues. as soon as i got notification of an update it stopped syncing. all and any advice would be welcome.I have followed the help suggestions in the app to no avail.
Best AnswerWhat worked for me was
- delete ionic from Bluetooth
- delete app from phone (iPhone8)
- completely shut down then restart Ionic
- reboot phone as well
- down load app again
- then go thru process of adding a new device ie your old ionic 🙂 - (make sure ionic fully charged/)

@robinredbreast Did you try the steps @iangmunt shared, or the ones I posted about? They should help you get your Fitbit to sync.
@Diva4Wine I'd recommend that you try to turn your location services on in your S4 and then try to sync it once again.

Best AnswerYep....agree wholeheartedly...I am very disappointed with Fitbit... they need to leave well enough alone. EVERY update has had problems...MORE SO THIS TIME.

Best AnswerI have done and re-done ALL of that...still no syncing. I have given up....but thanks anyway. As I said to the customer service rep......this shouldn't be this hard...
I have tried the steps that you outlined. Since the IOS update, the blue tooth no longer finds my Charge HR. I have to admit when I used it with the dongle on windows on my old computer, it had to be real close to the dongle. Everything works perfectly with my Charge 2. I have been using my Charge HR when I have had my Charge 2 on the charger. So it is a minor inconvenience, it is ironic that part of the IOS update was to address other items not properly syncing on other IOS apps.

@dancnfool What mobile device are you using to sync your Fitbit? Also, what OS version is it running?
@Purselightener Have you setup notifications with your Charge 2? This could lead the phone to being paired with your Charge 2 and thus not being able to sync with any other Fitbit devices.

Best AnswerVery disappointed - lashed out $199 for aria2 and Bluetooth can’t even find the device!!!! But does find other devices so definite the Fitbit product. Just woeful.
