So my phone was having syncing issues with my flex. It fixed after a few weeks. Now its doing it once again. Ive got to restart my phone.. Mess with bluetooth and manually sync multiple times before it works

Thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting. To move forward, can you please let me know which Android device are you using? if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure workshere and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
