Issue with food logging tile not working. Showing complete blank since around 11am UK. I've done every fix I possibly can and updated the app too, logged out, restarted phone ad nauseam. Not working. Can't see remaining cal figures. What's happening?

I am having the same issue with my Sense 2 since yesterday. I have followed the instructions e.g. uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, paired to Bluetooth, restarted my Fitbit. I'm at my wits end. Would someone please let us know what is going on. Is it a bug? is there a fix?

Best AnswerJust wanted to say thank you to all those who helped restore the Food Tile to my Charge 5. Today my breakfast transferred to the Food Tile and so did the previous missing data on past days! Thank you!

Best AnswerMine definitely does not work still, it was fine this morning and then just started saying I haven't burned any calories when my dashboard saying almost 2000 I have only ate 740 calories for the day. This is super aggravating this happens EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. I have force stopped, logged out, uninstalled app, restarted phone. Nothing works
Best AnswerI'm still missing water entries from 1st Aug to 5th Aug which happened at same time as the food tile issue. The data hasn't come back. Have mentioned it a few times here and another thread, but no resolution to that specific issue. When will that be fixed? Thanks
