@tphilon Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Thank you for sharing this information. As long as it is the official Fitbit app there shouldn't be a problem but I guess Amazon will end up updating the app they have. Hopefully there will be a fix for this soon and you can keep an eye on this thread.

You're right @tphilon!
Our team has released version 2.77 for Android which addresses the issue causing the app to display 0 steps/calories or other information. I'm glad to hear you're on track now!

Hi @tphilon, this is how I have maintained my link to fitbit when the phone app is a fail. My Amazon store has 2.63 available to me. I think that it is probably the limitations of my Kindle fire which is getting on a bit. Usually takes a couple of goes to synch but it gets there and lets me log my food etc.
Basic but IT works.
Also means I don't have to dabble in the dark arts to get it .

@Lilbiddy I hope you're doing well! Thank you for letting us know which version you can download on the Amazon store. You do mention an important point, it is really important that you download the app from a secure and official channel as apps found in other places may have been tampered with.

Best AnswerI actually hope Amazon don't update their version. If they did I could end up with two buggy versions instead of just one. I like to have a reliable fallback.
