Does anyone know how can I get the average sleep Hours back where it was I find the fitbit sleep score totally useless. I had 5 hours 40 min sleep got a sleep score of 82 rated good "what the ?" How could that possibly be a good nights sleep!!!. I just want to know my average hours for the week back where it was instead of the useless sleep score.

In spite of my being able to get to the records, I agree with the gist of the majority of post - the new “sleep score” is useless (for me) & shame on the Fitbit team for not, at least, giving each user a choice of which parameter to display.

You are correct! I find the new sleep score laughable and annoying. I am already deciding on what new tracker I will buy after my Charge 2. It is not going to be another FitBit. I would suggest you dump this sleep score and quit trying to charge people $9.99 a month to decipher it. Such a scam.

Moderators, what is the solution for those that have fitbits with no HR monitors? I get a sleep score of zero each week. No clue what my average is unless i want to pop out a calculate for some quick math (which i dont). Also if I wake up for 30 mins in the middle of the night, why are you not adding the hours together? Now it shows split and I need to do more math to figure out how many hrs i slept a day.

I would advise anyone reading this to also leave/update their rating on the respective app stores with the comments. Developers usually pay more attention to that than these community boards

Fitbit won’t fix anything. Ask the majority of the Versa owners out there who purchased junk to be replaced with junk. Instead of making things right, Fitbit produces the Versa 2 and ignores all of the issues. Fitbit doesn’t care about their customers.

Totally true, I know. Such a bummer. Customer service used to be great, but that was a long time ago at this point....

Hi everyone, thanks for the time you took to participate in this thread. I'm sorry for my delayed response, and I'll be here to help you with your inquiries.
First of all let me clarify that the average sleep hours weren't removed from the Fitbit app entirely as you can have access to that information in the graph by following the instructions described in my previous post. Please make sure to have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version so your details can be displayed correctly.
I understand how frustrating is to get changes in the sleep tile, our team often reviews each thread of our Community to work on our products, and be sure that your comments will helps us to enhance your experience. As @EdsonFitbit mentioned before, there is a request to make sleep score option submitted in our Feature Suggestions board, and its status was recently updated to "Under Consideration". Please keep an eye to this suggestion for further updates.
I'll be around if you have another question.

@LizzyFitbit Thank you, Lizzy, for finally getting back to us with a status update. Just one reminder: for those of us who have a device that doesn't track our heart rate, the average hours of sleep per week HAS in fact been removed from the phone app entirely. No amount of swiping left or right, or clicking on graphs, will reveal that number. The ONLY way to access it is by logging into our Fitbit accounts on a computer and looking at our dashboard online. Furthermore, for us the sleep score displays nothing but a zero every night, which makes it beyond useless. It would be nice if that influenced the developers to make the sleep score merely optional, because otherwise they have actually eliminated a significant feature of the phone app for many users.
