How to turn Alta back on after taking a break

I took off my fit bit alta for a month or so just to take a break but now it won't charge back up.  I can't get it back on. Any suggestions?

Hi @QueenTia. It sounds like your Alta needs a re-start. The instructions are here. Do it three times in quick succession. That should wake it up. If not, please let us know.

Hello @Cathsmithers201. Welcome to the forum! Glad you found us here! If I understand correctly, you cannot add your Alta to the Fitbit app on your phone. Is this correct? Which smart phone do you have?
