With the latest app update, most of the charts have become unusable. On the weight chart, I can no longer distinguish between the weight and the trend (because they are the same color). Also, I can no longer tap on the screen and get the date for that data point. Also, the x axis on the charts is now fixed to the range of the chart, not the range of the data. Also I can no longer swipe to move from one chart to the next. Also, many chart have been removed.
Who thought that this update was a good idea? Did they do any user testing on this update?
Please rollback this update so I can get the old charting behavior back.

Same. It just so happens starting about a week ago I started getting lines of dead pixels. First the horrible graphs and now the dead pixels. This is my third Charge, it seems impossible to get more than 2 years out of them before something breaks.

Just to say also hate the weight/body fat graphs & looked here for a way to revert back the app to old layout.
They are now all squashed into the top of screen.
I've been using for about 5 years (& vary a lot!) - so I very much preferred the clean easy to read graphs which you could open in a new screen.
Looking forward to a change back to this version.

Well they don't want to go back, they said they'll fix some problems until end of month.
Personally I've drawn my conclusions, I want to be treated as a customer, not a paying tester.

I set my budget to cost of my last tracker + one year premium. Got me something nice for that 😄

In your post you mention the nutrition at end of month but it says aware of others issues instead of saying oxygen variation graphs messed up it is expected to be some type of update at end of month or not sure?

But the problem isnt with oxygen variation charts, it's with the new, unreadable weight charts. You can't resize them, you can't drag them to scroll, you can't see them full screen. They are completely useless. The old charts were far more legible and useful

There has been an update to the app.... version 3.65 hit the play store on the 9th August. The devs have addressed one issue with the weight charts - that of the scale..... the Y axis (weight) scale is now more appropriate to your own weight range for a given period of time, rather than a 20-30 lb arbitrary scale, giving a flatline graph line. So now the grap/chart at least shows some variation (if, indeed, your weight has shifted some in that time period).
Still no scroll/resize ability... still has the annoying touch and hold to see values at data points, rather than single touch. Y axes of the scales is still on the right of the charts (which still looks/feels odd to me, but I guess in time I could get used to it)

Our oxygen graphs have inaccurate information and are all over the charts ppl that have gad no variations it's off the charts and years back changed the existing data that looked fine.....how is this not a problem with the oxygen variation charts also did I miss something?

Hi everyone.
Thanks for taking the time to share these reports, as well as your efforts while working on this. I'm happy to share with you that our team has released the Android app 3.65 version which includes bugs fixes and some improvements, including the ones for the Weight Trends graph. Because this is a progressive roll out, if you don't see it available yet, check later. Take in mind your mobile device needs to meet the compatibility requirements to receive updates.
Your feedback and patience are truly appreciated. Please don't hesitate to let me know if the issue persists so I can keep our team informed.

I have a Pixel 5 on Android 12. The update is not available in my play store (I am in Germany). My store says newest version is 3.64.5

My apps usually update on their own and the latest version shows it's 3.64.5 on my phone.
There are so many negative reviews about the update (specifically regarding the charts) on the play store and in the Fitbit community since it was released and it's been weeks. I don't understand why it hasn't been fixed or reverted back to how it was yet? As everyone else has said, the charts are useless. Please update ASAP.

Is it possible to revert back to the older charts? The new ones are not an improvement at all and I am very sorry I updated. If you want, I can document out all the issues, but by just scanning for this topic I see others already have.

This isn't answered!
The charts are still broken, unreadable, can't select a single data point to see the value and date, can't zoom in or out, tend line and data line are still the same color .... ect.... just go back to the old charts.

Agreed - I have the update now and the only noticeable difference is the y axis scaling on the weight graph is less broken. The colours are still awful, the trendline is still impossible to make out, you still can't make the graph full screen, pan across different time ranges etc... And worst of all you're still locked into viewing "this week" or "this month" or "this year" rather than the far superior old version's "previous 7/30/365 days".
The downgrade to this app is unacceptably poor and for me I will not buy another Fitbit or premium again while it remains unfixed.

Has the "update" been released which was meant to fix the new charts?? As in - remove the awful ones which were released in place of the previous (& MUCH better) blue charts??
If so, I havent seen the update, however - the issue will only be fixed if the old charts come back!!
I need to check my HR after I've slept, and the only way to do that now is to slide a finger over the chart and wait for a tiny, tiny flag to appear and then if your finger moves a tiny bit (it always does), then the data goes away! There's no way to turn it landscape - the data doesn't stay visible unless your finger is on the chart at the very EXACT space and even then it only displays really, really small.
This is incredibly frustrating, I have to check this information every morning, and I'm there now for like 5 mins when it was almost instant before....please please fix this....
I'm already looking at selling my fitbit and, tbh, I'm not even bothered at this stage
