My husband and I got new LG G6 phones yesterday. Today I could not sync my Flex 2 and contact Fitbit Customer Service. They advised the LG G6 is not supported. My husband and I both use Fitbit trackers and would really love it if this device was supported. Thank you!

I just got my phone yesterday and this was still the case. But I contacted fitbit support and here is a summary of how they made mine connect. I have a fitbit alta HR and an LG g6.
Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone. login to fitbit app. plug your fitbit into your computer ( or how ever you reset it) . reset the watch, then try to sync the app , it will prompt you to turn on your Bluetooth and this should force a connection.
- you will have to go back in and set up your notification preferences again ( well I had to, you might).
hope this helped and took some work off the plate of the fitbit help center.

A year later and still not compatible?
I am so sick...I have to return my brand new Versa because I cannot use it to its fullest capability. I am heartbroken and angry.
Fitbit does not clearly identify the very limited compatible phones....got my versa just to be very devastated.

Mine wasnt working (lg6plus) it would alert me if it rang but not when I got messages. After messing around iv realised when I have my phone on silent (which I always did) it dosent notify me, when I have the sound on, even set at the lowest it does notify me for both messages and calls....crazy!

Obviously that is simply not true. It is now May 2018 and the LG G7 is about to come out. I tried to connect today and the G6 still does not work. It's not like the G6 is an off brand phone. This is ridiculous.
