Hi everyone!
Thanks for your continued feedback. While I'm happy some of you got the fix after installing the 4.35 version, I'm sorry this isn't the case for all of you. Given this situation and so I can inform our team about it, please confirm if the issue is with the stone field not appearing when logging your weight? Or is it with the units settings not showing a stone option?
Please reply back with the requested details as your responses will help me to further investigate and provide you with more information.
Best AnswerIn settings I chose stones and then when I go to log weight the box is set to lbs.
Thank you
Best AnswerHi lizzy worked fine for 2 days seperate boxes stones and pounds then stones disappeared
I have full functionality restored BUT....my 'stone' settings dont save. Every time I log back in it has changed me back to pounds only. It's very annoying.
although the settings show stones. only lbs are accepted in the log weight form, so my aria will not sync as its in stones

Hi everyone!
Thanks for the additional information and the steps that you've tried so far.
@CathCasey I'm glad you sorted this out and a big shout to @LindseyField for the great advice!
@Nicky_J_J @gillianlesleywh Thanks for the additional information. Given this situation, please make sure stones are selected for weight in the units settings and try restarting your scales. If you have an Aria or Aria 2, just remove the batteries for 10 seconds and insert them back.
In the case of the Aria Air, touch and hold the button on the back of the scale for five seconds, then touch and hold it again for another five seconds. Then, perform 4 consecutive weigh-ins to recalibrate the scale.
@SunsetRunner and @Scoobstersue I appreciate your efforts and let's try the following:
Hi lizzy that's worked on samsung phone and tablet, will keep you informed if it goes off again ta
I did all that, and so far so good. Thanks Lizzy 👍🏻
Hi Lizzy, I have completed all of that and its still only accepting pounds
Hi have you changed it in the settings and then when you go to enter your weight tap in the box that says weight * and select stones ? Because this is what I was doing wrong 🙃
ahhh - got it thanks

Have a great weekend ahead!
Hi lizzy just keeping you informed no problems new update is now working fine. Far more stable in other things too, main one that now works was repeatedly having to sigh in. Thanks for help
