Moto Z Force Not compatible

I love Fitbit.. I used mine every day! However I had to get a new phone and the phone I purchased (Moto z force) is not compatible with Fitbit. This is a big inconvenience considering my Fitbit and all of the bands and things I bought are not cheap. I hope that they are able to make Fitbit compatible with more phones.

I was also wondering the same thing I got the Moto Z force 2, two months ago and now I'm being told it's not compatible with my Fitbit. When will you change this? People need to get new phones we can't wait till you make this happen compatible. I'm very sad to see this and hear this. Please update the compatible so my money is wasted on this.

I contacted Fitbit about a year ago about the non-compatability with my Charge 2 and my Motorola Z Force and got the same response.  Still no compatibility a year later.  I was so excited when I got it to be able to see texts and calls but still nothing.

I also have a Moto Z and it's been linked to mine and I haven't gotten even one notification through it.

Mine is working for phone calls and google calendar notifications but I'm not getting any text message notifications.

I had to return my new Fitbit Ionic this afternoon, due to it not being compatible with my Motorola Android Moto Z2 cell phone.  Is there any chance that my cell phone will be added to your compatibility list in the near future ?  It would be very highly appreciated !

I have the Moto Z2 Force...when will it be added?  I'd love to purchase an upgraded Fitbit, but why waste my money at this point?

Welcome to the Forums @tbinttown.

At this moment we do not have any updates or news of when we can expect that phone to be added to the list. If you have the time maybe you could support this suggestion to add it to the list. You can comment or vote for the suggestion to show that you'd like to see it. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

Let me know if there are any other questions.

Here's a new question. How do you plan to stay in business if you can't get my Fitbit to connect with my phone? I have had a Moto Z Force for over 2 years and you still can't get a Fitbit to work with it. To me that says

you either don't want it to work out don't care if it works. That said, I will never buy another Fitbit! Congratulations on gaining a customer for one of your competitors!

Have a Motorola Z4 and it appears that the Fitbit zip is not compatible with it. are you working on this issue.

Perhaps the solution to this problem is not waiting for updates  on your device.

The answer may be to find one of the many other fitness watches that work with the with the phone now.

As previously stated we have a Motorola Z4 and it appears as the update for that maybe many months away.
