Over the last couple of days I have participated in two races but it is not syncing properly so I'm not happy as I have won twice now and it's saying incomplete? Please need fixing otherwise what is the point with these races if it's going to cheat you out of your wins?? ☹☹☹☹

Hello @Oramsickey, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if other stats are syncing with your Fitbit app? Make sure your tracker syncs successfully all your information.
There was an issue that was already fixed in previous app updates, which consisted that the Adventure race ends before anyone crosses the finish line.
In the meantime I suggest to follow my recommendations from this post.

Hi No there is no issue with anything else apart from on these adventure races? I'm partipicating with a race atm.i will let you know in due course.

I'm also having this issue. It's syncing fine in my workweek hustle but the adventure race says I haven't synced in over 1 day.

Hello @Kmurray17, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. Certainly this is not a normal behavior. I'm wondering if you have tired my previous recommendation? If you haven't please follow the recommendation from this post to reset the Fitbit app.

I'm currently running into this same issue. I've gone through all of the steps recommended on the other post (clear data and cache, force stop ; even detected the app and reinstalled it). I do not know what to do now.
