I just got an Alta HR. I have a Nexus 6p running the latest version of android. My heart rate measurements graph shows nothing (says "no measurements") but occasionally displays my heart rate on the summary app screen. The Alta HR itself displays the heart rate and the graph data does show up on the web/online dashboard. Why is the graph not showing up in the app? I have tried restarting the Fitbit, re-pairing the Fitbit to the phone and the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting the phone to no avail. I have all notifications turned on and they work (calls, texts, etc) and have syncing to always on and always connected. Help?

Hello @tiffnk, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not a normal behavior and thank you for letting me know what you have tried on your own to address this issue. I would like to know if is possible you share a screenshot of your app indicating where is the issue? This will allow me to have a closer look to find a solution or a logical explanation why is happening this.
To upload screenshot to the Community the following post will guide you through in case you need more help to do this.
In the meantime please review the recommendation from this post. The scenario is different but the steps can be apply on your case.
I'll be looking forward to your response. See you soon!

After two days mine appeared. I suspect it might have some period where it collects data before the plot and stuff starts working. It was recording heart rate measurements (I was able to access them through the open API), so I definitely know that it was at least working.
