No Sync Button in App

Sometime in the last hour the "sync" button disappeared from the app. I have restarted my phone, closed out the app, updated the app, and deleted it and reinstalled. Nothing has brought back the "sync" button. Thoughts?

I'm having the same problem the sync button is missing and it won't auto sync when I open the ap like it usually does.

Same issue here, the button was there a little over an hour ago, now it's not and there's no background syncing that i can see

Well, this is no good, but at least I'm not going crazy. I lost my fitbit in my house and I was going to try to track it down by syncing it...

Myself and a couple of other people using various Android phones are having the same issue.  Has there been any way to get it back yet?

Ok, so it's not just me. I really wish fitbit would post when they have issues. Seriously thinking of going to a new product. I just want some positive customer service.

I've had the same happen on S5. The sync option is gone and cannot sync/update to my phone. I've tried resetting, I've turned phone off/on and I've even reinstalled app. Nothing works. VERY frustrated. This is my second fitbit in one year.

I have the same problem.  So happy to see it is a systemwide problem, but now what?  Does anyone monitor these things or should we all contact them?  BTW, it happened around 4pm EST to me as well.

So weird! I was able to sync two hours ago but now it isnt an option.
