No Sync Button in App

Sometime in the last hour the "sync" button disappeared from the app. I have restarted my phone, closed out the app, updated the app, and deleted it and reinstalled. Nothing has brought back the "sync" button. Thoughts?

I just called customer service about this.  They said they are currently experiencing issues with the app and it should be fixed in 1-2 hours.  It would have been nice of them to post a notice to tell people know that...

3 Charge HR's in house and all 3 android different phones all not working cannot sync missing sync now as well

I just called (didn't want to wait for someone to email me back from a ticket) and the customer service person told me that they are having an issue with the app and that they are working on it.  She said it should be fixed in 1-2 hours.  Hopefully that means they know what the issue is, so we shall see.

Just downloaded 2.6.2 update and no sync button since then I think.

the option to manually sync (via bluetooth) my fitbit One through the app on my android device has disappeared. What's going on?

I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which of course was of no use whatsoever. Thanks Peachykeen for making the call. Doncha just LOVE it when developers "improve" their product?
