I've got a Samsung s6 edge running Android 7. and a fitbit charge 2. I've followed the instructions to get notifications on my fitbit but the option for text and calls is not in the list. Any suggestions?  Or reason why they're not in the list?

Hey @Samfullwood! Welcome to the Forums.

Thank you for posting that picture. You'd have to turn on the Fitbit Notification Service  so that the notifications start working as intended.

Hope this helps out! Let me know if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Community @LauFit.

Let me help you find the notifications services. You should be able to see that option in the phone's settings. Look for 'Notifications' and look in there, you should be able to see it.

Please feel free to let me know if there are any questions.

No options to turn this on from the app. Notifications are switched on on my phone. The only.options I have are for low battery, friend requests etc. And even when they are switched on they don't come through. Help please.

Welcome to the Forums @Answerseeker.

Thanks for sharing your experience and what you have already checked.

As you mentioned, this is happening because the Note 5 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the notifications.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
