A few weeks ago a new area in the sleep log had an place for Sleep Scores. I found where to turn on this feature and have turned it on but for two weeks it shows the score category but never actually posts a score. Is there something I need to do for my scores to start posting?

You would need to reboot the actual device.

Thanks all, I rebooted the watch and also logged out and logged back in to the mobile app. I do know that it worked well till I did an upgrade....those upgrades cause problems all the time. Wish me luck tonight, when I sleep that it worked. Thanks for all your help. Jo-Ann

I solved the problem. No help from FitBit, I must add. The key was to simply make sure the APP is running on the phone and wear the FitBit to sleep WITHOUT using the APP to start sleep mode. The FitBit will sense that you are sleeping and scores will appear in the morning. Using the APP to manually start or terminate sleep makes Sleep Scores disappear. Hope it works for all.

This is just a thought as a few people on here have said a friend had tried their tracker and it had successfully given sleep scores on their phone.
maybe it’s related to the age of your phone and the updates don’t work properly ?
I had problems for a few weeks following a software update. It wasn’t until there was another update that sleep scores started showing again. I have an IPhone 6.
I could be way off track here but I’m out of suggestions or solutions.
I’m glad this worked for you Wpazos. However I never used the app to start and stop sleep mode (I didn’t realise this was an option until searching on here for a solution). I always had mine to auto sense sleep and I still didn’t get scores.
I also think Fitbit customer service are totally useless. About as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

I have the same problem 😥 I only bought my FitBit 4 days ago and the sleep only worked for one night. I tried logging out and resetting the app but nothing. Please help?

I gave up on using my Fitbit charge 4 to track my sleep now, it only worked once to gave me a sleep score in the last 2 weeks. I use my OURA ring to track my sleep now, works every night without even telling it when I’m sleeping, and a lot more accurate than the fitbit. The downside with the OURA ring is that it’s quite useless doing anything else, useless in tracking daily activities and even more useless at tracking exercises like HIIT than my Fitbit! 🙄

But only able to get sleep score 'most nights' is pointless, I was getting my sleep scores 'most nights' 2 weeks ago, and then only once in the last 2 weeks, it's totally unreliable, shouldn't they only charge me for the app subscription on the nights that work? It's useless for getting a detail picture of how I have been sleeping, if it only decide to give me a sleep score whenever it feels like. Besides, it's quite useless at tracking my HR when i'm doing HIIT anyway, am going to try out the chest straps from Polar and Garmin. 🙄

If that’s true, how was I able to get 1 sleep score last week and my wife managed to get 3? I think there’s no logic to fibit, just lots of bugs. Like I said, I gave up on it since I got my OURA ring, a million times more reliable and accurate in terms of sleep tracking. 🙄 And as for HR monitoring, I was never able to get a reading of anything over 150 in the last 4 months, but within wearing my polar chest strap for 15mins, it tracked my HR to 154 when I was running to the bus stop. 🙄
