A few weeks ago a new area in the sleep log had an place for Sleep Scores. I found where to turn on this feature and have turned it on but for two weeks it shows the score category but never actually posts a score. Is there something I need to do for my scores to start posting?

What has worked and resulted in the scores consistently appearing, is not "telling" the App when I go to sleep and wake up.
This was suggested by another member who had success in just letting the Versa 2 figure out when you fall asleep & wake.

I also removed the sleep start and end time but nothing changed until I changed the Sleep Tracking from Sensitive to Normal on the Fitbit Dashboard on my laptop.

This is not an answer. I suspect if you aren't paying for the FITBIT premium service you won't see a sleep score. Once FITBIT premium was released I stopped seeing sleep scores.

Sensitive to Normal I'm getting scores daily. I have a low resting heart
rate in the mid 50's and by choosing Sensitive may have blocked tracking
when the heart rate was low.

You are correct in that the sleep score is only available with the Fitbit premium subscription, which I had. However, once the subscription was activated, I only received the first night's sleep score. It wasn't until I stopped entering my "awake" time that the sleep scores consistently reappeared..

- Several times I see a report but no sleep score or graph of sleep pattern. ☹️ What happened? How to correct? I can get screenshot but don’t know how / where to post so it can be seen?!

are 2 things that may be causing this problem. One, I have a low resting
heart rate and two I may be caused by a low battery situation. Could also
be a combination of them both.
I do know one thing. There has been no response from the development staff
at Fitbit/Google to any of our Sleep Score problems. Apparently they are
not even reading these forums.

The first few nights I had my fitbit I also had no detailed sleep report (REM, light, deep, awake). What actually was the cause of this was that my fitbit wasn't sitting properly on my wrist.
I made the band 1 notch tighter, and haven't had a problem since. (I do have other sleep report problems though.... I'll post that separately)

right away wait a bit then delete sleep record. Then enter a new sleep
record with the same dates and times. Seems to reset and give a score the
few times I tried it.

This works! I deleted my sleep log from the last two days and reentered my sleep time. All my sleep data and sleep score showed up.

So I tried to log out after deleting and log in again to try. Also fail.

Try to delete sleep log first. Then manually reenter your sleep time.
