Not Showing Sleep Scores in the Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

A few weeks ago a new area in the sleep log had an place for Sleep Scores. I found where to turn on this feature and have turned it on but for two weeks it shows the score category but never actually posts a score. Is there something I need to do for my scores to start posting?

Thanks. I tried 1st time. Not successful. Didn't give up. Tried again last
night, and it worked!!!

For me, I had the same issue until I decided not to use the begin sleep option. I just allow my charge 3 to automatically detect my sleep and it has been giving me sleep scores.

Yeah I stopped starting sleeps. Just enter it when I wake up.

This did not work for me. I signed out and then back In and nothing changed. I can not find a button that says to turn it on or off. So what can I do now?

Delete your sleep logs and reenter them manually. Make shure your fitbit is synced up first. Usually this works the first time but keep trying if it does not.

I did the following:

1. Place your watch in the charger.
2. Press and hold the side button on your watch. Do not release until you
see a smiling face.
3. Go to your sleep reading on your fitbit.
4. Jot down the date and exact time of those without sleep score. e.g. 3
March 2020 10.09pm - 07.23am
5. Tap on the 'arrow' that brings you to see the sleep pattern.
6. On top right of screen, you see 3 dots (...). Press that.
7. You see 'delete sleep log'. Press it.
8. Go back to the main screen of 3 March (the one that shows your steps,
bpm, weight etc.). You will see that there is no sleep tracked. It should
indicate 'Wear your Fitbit to bed'.
9. Press the '+' sign.
10. Press add sleep log.
11.Enter date and time as per point 4 above.
12. Press 'Save' on top right of screen.
13. Go back to the main screen of 3 March. You should be able to see the
sleep score now.

After I have reset the sleep scores for all the dates, I tried to use the
begin sleep now function for the next night. Same issue occurs again. So I
had to do the reset as per above.

Then I decided to just ignore the fitbit sleep now function. Just wear the
watch and sleep. It worked perfectly. No need to reset again.

Hope the above step by step guide helps.

Apparently this is not Answered because people have been having problems after you posted your 'fix'.

This problem should be left opened and I would also suggest that you add a 'Reply to All' option so that everyone in threads get the info.

With that said, I have a Versa 2 and have made numerous changes to settings in the App so that I could get the sleep scores in some sort of consistent way. I seem to accomplished that. However, recently I see my Sleep Score on the phone App but not on the Versa 2 itself.

There must be a bug in the app because not my sleep scores are showing up
automatically. I just go to sleep without using the app and all my scores
are synced automatically. I have Versa 2 and Sony experia phone

I have a Versa 2. My friend has a Charge 2.  I do not subscribe to any premium service.  He does not subscribe to any premium service.  He is still getting his sleep score.  I am not. To see mine, I have to subscribe to your premium service.  How is that possible?  I'm perplexed!

I too have a Versa 2. My sleep score does not appear on my watch, but most
of the time it does appear on my phone app. I don't have an answer and
can't find a reason (setting) that causes this problem.

Hi there!  Which side button?  I have one on the left and 2 on the right.  And how do you hold it if its on the charger?

Logging out and living back in had not fixed the problem of no sleep score. This started after the latest update. I was going to send you the screenshot,  but there is no place to put it in this post.

I am the first person to post in this thread. I am not a representative of
Fitbit and could not possibly fix your problem. I would only hope that
someone from Fitbit is reading all these posts and assign someone to fix
this issue.
Personally, on my Versa 2, I have been receiving my Sleep Scores pretty
consistently although from time to time there is a day when the score does
not appear.
I suggest you read through this thread by clicking on the Blue highlighted
'Not Showing Sleep Scores" above in this reply.
