@cvan Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend performing a restart on your Charge HR (check @AlejandraFitbit's post) to fix accuracy issues. Also, make sure your tracker is syncing correctly. Check these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices (check @SunsetRunner's post). Remember, you must do the 250 steps every single hour for them to appear on your dashboard.
