Hi, i am using fitbit charge 2. I am facing issues with the android app from yesterday, i am signed out from the app and not able to login back and getting error "Invalid email or password ".
On going through various forums, i have made the additional settings such as upgrading it to 2.58, added trusted certificate option, password reset, but still i am not able to login.
Secondly, when i am selecting join fitbit from home screen, i am getting error "FitBit.com is down for maintenance".
Could you please help me out.

@sahil9909, the Fitbit site was having issues yesterday when it would not allow logging into it, but as far as I can tell that has been resolved - I was able to log in and sync the trackers last evening. You mention trying to "join Fitbit from the home screen", which I don't understand - if you already have a Fitbit account, you do not want to "Join Fitbit", you want to log into the existing account.

Still an open issue for me. Not. Able to login from mobile app. Getting same old error "invalid email or password".

Hi,
I am still facing this issue and have tried all the solutions posted i.e the time on Charge 2 and Cell phone are matching, all certificates are upto date. I have re-installed the app but nothing seems to resolve this issue, I keep getting Network Operation Failed cannot connect to Fitbit.com . I am able to login to the website using my credentials. Please let me know what can be done next.
