Not syncing, now tracker not found!

My charge HR stopped syncing, tried restarting tracker etc. Decided to try unpair from app and now app can't find tracker -_-

Welcome to the Community @Leanne82. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I recommend Restarting the tracker and try the Setup Procedure one more time from a Computer or from your Android Fitbit App.

I've restarted tracker and it works for a little while but then same problem happens again! Had my charge a week, first 5 days had no problems until my Samsung s6 updated overnight and now I have this problem.
I'm contemplating returning to shop as it's very frustrating.

I'm having the same problem with my fitbit flex and charge hr. I noticed my flex started having problems after the last fitbit update. I am now having problems with my charge hr(it is new and worked one day).

- Flex restart
- Charge HR restart

Then, why don't you try following the steps provided in this thread? Also, please make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly.
