My Fit Bit is not recognizing text or phone calls from my Samsung Galaxy S7 even though it's paired together Bluetooth is on what else do I need to do

Hi there @Ed1960, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to recommend the following troubleshooting steps for notification issues: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

 

Give it a try to all the recommendation and suggestions from that post and let me know how it goes!

Mine isn't either, and I just bought it  Spent hours on the phone with Fitbit, no help, exchanged for another  no luck. Giving up on Fitbit, buying a Garmin

Havent been able to get any notifications on my fitbit for 1 week now. On the phone fri with fitbit for over 1 hour and said there was nothing to do to fix it!!! Whatttt?? That was the only reason i bought a fitbit!!! Unacceptable!!!! Not happy at all qith fitbit and going to return it.

I have tried everything you said, numerous times, and still not working. It used to just fine but quit receiving notifications over a week ago.
