hi I've had my charge 2 for over a month now and the calls and text notifications have repeatedly stopped working on my fitbit. I've tried deleting my charge 2 off the app and reinstalling it, which helped the problem temporarily. the next time it stopped I restarted my fitbit, again, it temporarily fixed the problem. the next time I switched off receiving notifications and switched it back on again and yet again it's stopped working. do I need to return my fitbit for a replacement or is there a solution I haven't thought of yet? I'm very conscious of not wanting to lose my data.
many thanks in advance for the help. it will be much appreciated.

Hello @EmilyMoo, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community.
If the notifications are failing constantly give it a try to the following options:
Depending your Android device, these tips might make syncing easier:
- The Always Connected option in the Fitbit app is on. This improves the Bluetooth connection between your phone and tracker. Note that turning on this feature may cause the battery on your tracker to drain more quickly than normal.
- You've tried turning on All-Day Sync in the Fitbit app. This setting prompts your tracker to periodically sync with the Fitbit app but may shorten battery life on your mobile device or tracker.
In addition the following post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) might be of your help, specially the last part of forgetting your device from the Bluetooth option.
Keep me posted if you have more questions.
