My notifications are not coming through on my blaze. I just upgraded my phone the the s8 active, are the phone and watch not compatable? I have already tried everything to reset it and it is still not working. Thanks

As of today it was still not working. I had a couple other things I didn't like about the blaze though, so I decided to trade it in for a Ionic. However just set that up and I'm not seeing my notifications on that either. Was hoping that the newer watch would fix the issue.

Yeah, unfortunately I have also updated my app and it still performs the same.
The annoying thing is even when I send test notifications from the app they're also delayed (I also check to make sure it's not syncing as that also delays notifications).
For some reason the Android app just feels less polished and has more bugs than the iPhone app.

The notification issue is not on the Fit bit side, but on Samsung's side. You need an update on your phone to solve the issues you're having if your phone is a S8,S8+, or S8 Active.

Yeah, I currently have the latest software version available from Samsung.
Current version: G950FXXU1AQJ5/G950FTEL1AQJ1/G950FXXU1AQJ5
Notifications are still delayed or not shown until the next manual sync cycle 😞

I'm hoping this issue gets fixed soon. Spent 45 minutes in chat with Fitbit and they said nothing they can do it's a compatibility issue and they are working on it.

i was having same problem , i uninstalled the app on my phone, then my software on my phone, and then re- paired my blaze with phone now it seems to be working as the test notification actually showed up on my blaze for 1st time in 3 days

When can we expect "your team" to get with the program and have full support for the S8? The phone has only been out for 8 months and we're only about 5 months away from seeing the S9. Oh, and the Note8 is out now. Is this device broken on those devices too? At this point, I'd be nice to have my $200 back on this paperweight.
Definitely will never give FitBit another dime.

My software version is different from yours-G95OUSQU1AQJH. It was updated a week ago and I haven't had any issues since. Hopefully your issues will be resolved soon.

Dealt with the same nonsense with chat support. Its only the blaze that doesnt work.
They told me to buy a new phone!
Its not that hard to stop listing it as compatible. "does it work?" "not yet" <-- only acceptable answer! Anything else is a lie. Stop lying to your customers.

Notifications only works on T-Mobile as they are the only ones who released a update to their phones
