Hi @xteex, awesome to see you in the Fitbit Community as a new member! I'm wondering which tracker are you using?

Regardless of this, note that the Samsung Galaxy S9+ still is being tested to grantee it will support the features of the Fitbit tacker; at the moment is not listed as a compatible device. While this is completed it is possible some feature may not work as is expected since the app is not optimized to work with the device in questions.

Nonetheless, this doesn't mean it won't work, so give it a try to these suggestions: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

Hope this helps, it would not hurt to give it a try. See you later!

Hi @Tdarriba, it's good to see you visiting the Community for the first time.

Could you please confirm which mobile device you're using to setup notifications? Is it listed as a compatible device

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed all the steps provided here to setup notifications. Also, as @RobertoME mentioned previously, if you already setup notifications, you have a compatible device and you're still having trouble, make sure you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps listed here: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone

Please keep me posted.

Thanks for the update @Tdarriba, the Samsung S9 Plus is sill being tested for compatibility, but currently we can't guarantee that that syncing and other features will work properly, since it's not yet listed as a compatible device. Were you able to perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned here previously?

Seems that fitbit is not up to the challenge of working with a phone that has now been out for a year. Time to bail and move to a tracker that can keep up with tech.

Hello @timdfw, and welcome to the Community forums. I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with your phone and notifications; thank you for the information provided.

I've confirmed that at this moment, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ has already been listed as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app, as you can check here, and you should be receiving notifications from it in your Fitbit device.

Could you please confirm if you already tried any troubleshooting steps, or if you've exhausted all the troubleshooting options shared in this article?

Please keep me posted.

Hello @Alison_1963, thank you for your inquiry, and sharing this information.

Could you please confirm if the people calling you that appear as  Unknown are in your contact list? Also, please let me know if you're also using the model Samsung Galaxy S9+, or if you're using a different phone.

In the meantime, please try to disable the call notifications feature, and then set up this feature once again to reset the settings.

Please keep me posted on the outcome.

I have had the Versa for around a year now. I use the S9+ and have never been able to receive notifications. I have exhausted all troubleshooting and am getting frustrated as lately the Versa has started having sync issues and losing heartrate and sleep data. Help before I move on to a Samsung watch...
