I've just bought a Fitbit surge and I am also in need of a new phone. I don't want to buy a phone that doesnt have the full app compatibility. I can see that the oneplus one has full compatibility, however there is no information on the more recent oneplus models. Can anyone let me know if they are using one of these phones with full compatibility?

Sorry, I guess I didn't explained myself well before @Chanc3.
It is compatible for syncing and for getting notifications but not for music control. It's not added to the list of compatible devices so we can say that practically it is compatible but some features will not work well as music control.

Everyone -- If you're having trouble setting up the music control or notifications feature on a One Plus 2 or One Plus 3 it is because those devices are not listed in our supported devices list as my guy @FerdinandFitbit pointed out here. If you own any of those devices, it wouldn't hurt to try the setup process for notifications and music control, but I can confirm that it isn't guaranteed to work until listed as fully supported.
Our team is always working to test and add more devices to the supported devices list and I recommend keeping a close eye on that list if you own one of those devices not currently listed. I also recommend syncing with a different mobile supported device if you own a different device such as phone or tablet. You can even sync with a computer if available. Hope this helps to clarify things.

Hey All,
i've got a One Plus 3 and a Fitbit Surge. And I've finally got the music controlls to work today, you will need to reconect your bluetooth pair between your watch and phone, it will connect with a new Name Surge (Classic).
To reconnect
On your surge go to settings and set your bluetooth classic to pair
on your one plus 3 go to settings -> bluetooth
Select Surge (Classic) and Pair on your phone, make sure that you tick 'input device'
then Select the check mark on your surge.
All done, your Surge should be working with music controlls for oneplus 3.
Good Luck

Push call / messenger / whatsapp / gps notifications works with the blaze on the one plus 3.
If you put the bluethooth setting "classic on" you manage to enable these notifications within your fitbit app. The blaze got 3 settings on classic; 1. On 2. Pair 3. Off. On my op3 the notifications only work when I put the blaze bluethooth on classic on.
If you connected the blaze with an other form of bluethooth you might have to reconect it with your phone.
Gl!

Hi,
I have a OnePlus Two and got the alta for my birthday a few weeks ago, I haven't had any problems syncing until the last few days, I now am unable to sync with my phone, it states that it can find the device, but cannot sync. It will sync with the computer, but this isn't realistic for me! I have tried all the basic trouble shooting steps, restarting, unsyncing bluetooth, uninstalling app etc. Spoke with customer support 2 days ago who seemingly got it working, however this is because it synced with my computer, not my phone.
I am aware that th OnePlus Two isn't on the compatible list yet, but I don't understand why it has just stopped working?? Has anyone else had this issue? Not sure what else to try!
Thanks!

What about the OnePlus Three? I am not seeing that in the compatible devices list.

Fitbit are a big disappointment. They obviously are not working quick enough to make new and popular mobiles compatible to their devices. The Oneplus two, which is over a year old .. is still not compatible with Fitbit Surge ... and their is no ETA on when this would happen.
When many new smart watches and similar devices in the market, the fitbit user base will erode if they do not take care of providing compatibility. But I guess, it does not matter to them.....
Cheers

@FerdinandFitbit wrote:Hi there @paddy6945. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
The Oneplus Two and Oneplus X phones don't appear in our list of compatible devices so from that, I'd say it's not compatible right now. However, te requirement for a Fitbit tracker to sync is for the phone to have bluetooth 4.0 LE (low energy). It would be worth hearing from someone who owns any of these two devices to share their thoughts on this.
If you have any other question, let me know!
Hi, Fitbit Charge 2 is not compatible with One Plus X as it don't show call notifications properlt. Charge 2 shows every call as UNKNOWN on display screen.
