This is an issue that I've had since I started using fitbit (had a charge 3 first, now I have the Versa 2).. I continually get "Sync" issues between my watch and my android device. Whenever I bring up an issue with fitbit support (syncing or otherwise), I am told that my "android device isn't on the 'optimized for fitbit' list of devices". Well, firstly, can someone point me to a list of "optimized devices for fitbit", so that If i do try that option, and it doesn't work I can get my money back for false advertisement? Secondly, I understand that some issues may pop up time to time not having an "optimized device", but having to restart my device 2-3 times a day shouldn't be one of them. This is a baseline feature that should be guaranteed for any fitbit compatible device, am I wrong?

@cph015 this post - click to read - from Moderator @SilviaFitbit says it best. My old Samsung Galaxy S4 works well enough. Fitbit generally comes up with an update which makes it better.
