I'm sure 4.29 solved some problems, however it introduced a new problem. When in the food selection both the Recent and Frequent have their tops cropped off at the top of the screen. Same thing happens when you want to add calories to the top numeric entry field which is cutoff.
One has to wonder about all these updates but never getting very far.
43 days later I finally get this issued resolved for me. Never mind the myriad of previous problems and those that others are reportedly still exist. During this long wait there has been no comments from Google, even the Moderators have nothing meaningful to communicate. Google has lost my loyalty and respect for treating customers this way. I for one will not be renewing my Premium subscription. I got tired of waiting and I am using Cronometer. I regret buying the PW3 and my Pixel 9 XL Pro.

I have the same Fitbit version too but I went in and while my Pixel said that my software was up to date, I went in and did a software update on my Pixel and then a reboot. It still says Android 15 but it fixed it!! Warning the update took forever. But the cropped screen is gone!!! 🎉

Sounds like if you can see app version 4.32, try it.
I tried to upgrade but only 4.30 was available. After restart, issue persists. So back down to 4.28 I went.

I've just installed an update, midday Dec 11, and the problem still persists.
I'm even more annoyed now.

Hi everyone !
Thank you to those who confirmed that the 4.32 version of the Fitbit App solved the situation regarding the tops cropped off at the top of the screen.
The update rolls out in stages, so please verify the availability of the 4.32 version of the Fitbit App in the Play Store.
It's important to say that the update refers to the Fitbit App.
However, if your Android devices indicate that they need to be updated to a higher version (e.g. Android 14 to Android 15), I suggest you update the OS first, then update the app and finally restart your mobile phones.
Thank you for your comments and feedback about this update.

@MarioSFitbit Since there are a lot of us still waiting for this patch over 24hours since we were informed about it (and have been without a working app for over 6 weeks) could you provide us with an (file type that I can't even type the name of for some reason beginning with an A) so we can sideload the fixed version until the play store rollout completes. ( I know that I have seen multiple week lag in fitbit releases to the UK for app updates)

Well I'm glad to see this may finally be fixed, but I've already moved my food tracking to another app that I now prefer so I'll probably just keep using that.
I don't have the update yet but I'm sure it'll show up eventually.
