Hi Everyone,
I've merged a few threads together. Thanks for reaching out to us about your experience.
Our security team regularly monitors traffic to our site, and may temporarily block an IP address if suspicious activity is detected. In most cases, the IP address is unblocked within 48 hours.
We’ve identified an issue with our monitoring service that is preventing the IP blocks from being lifted, and we’re currently investigating a solution. We’ll update this thread once we have more information.
In the meantime, we recommend that you attempt to sync your device from a different connection such as a home wifi network.

The error I would get when on mobile data was "incorrect password" But I knew that was not true since I could login at the fitbit.com site with the same passoword.

Same issue for 3 days... Just sat on hold with Customer service for 24+ minutes with them just telling me they have to look into it.

The only time I can get on to Fitbit on my phone is when it is running through my WiFi. If the phone is on Crickets Wireless, I can't connect.

It would help if those with the blocked IP address would give us the address in their posts..
On the IP given and from my investigation it shows as a blocked IP.
It can be unblocked but one should consider why Cloudfare are use the global suspect IP's and blocking it.

To identify the blocking you can use this link and you can remove the block if you feel comfortable to do this.
I have a feeling that with the more prevalent cyber attacks lately some providers are slow in updating their security..

Fitbit Update: 3/6/19
Hey everyone!
This IP block issue has now been resolved. I'm now going to close this thread from further comments. If you encounter this again in the future or a new issue pops up we ask that you open a new topic to report.
Thanks for all your help and cooperation.
