Hi I am having the same issue. It started after I did the latest update yesterday. I think the issue must be a bug in the new release.

I'm having exactly the same issue. Is it the new app not being compatible with the Blaze or the fact that we both have Sony phones?

I think Fitbit are no longer interested in the Blaze and expect us to upgrade to the Ionica or Verso. Personally I shall bin my Blaze and go back to a Garmin tracker... at least they work!

It was working absolutely fine last week. I'm not too sure if it's the blaze update or a Sony. It is however super annoying. So annoyed I want to march a thousand steps, but won't be able to see them on my app lol

Hi guys! Same problem! I'm a happy owner of Flex2. But since yesterday I have a problem with my app. I've done a 10k walk yesterday, and couldn't see any steps on my app. It shows zero steps. If you press,, steps'' and go forward, you can see how many I've done, but if you go bact to dashboard, it still shows 0 steps. I was looking for any information, and found that I have to restart my fitbit. I've followed the instructions, but there's no changes. Today I have a same problem. I can't see any steps on my app, if I go back to my yesterday dashboard, I can finally see all steps added. But it's definitely a problem.....
So toady, I've done few steps and I can't see any.... Only a distance. Can you tell me what I can do? If I've done a restart of my fitbit twice, and it doesn't help, should I go back to shop and try to change or something? It's a new fit bit, less than month old.
So what's now? Do you think it's something wrong with app? Like, sqme problem to everyone and need to be fixed by them?

Oh really? Well thank you for letting me know. I will stop messing about with it and hopefully they can sort it out quickly. 🙂

They seem to be throwing updates at the problem but none of them are rectifying the fault.
As users are sorting this themselves by installing (Fitbit 2.68) perhaps someone with the authority at Fitbit should make the decision to push out the last known working version on an official platform in order to retain any remaining confidence their customers have.
Can't decide if it is contempt for their customers or just incompetence.
The helpdesk people I was corresponding with did not even mention this "known issue". When I put to them that their communication was somewhat lacking I has a reply saying "fault raised to higher level team"

Unfortunately I'm stuck with this latest version as my internet connection won't allow me a secure connection to a particular website to obtain a know working version such as v2.75, so thanks Fitbit!

I'm having exact same issue for last 4 days, I have a Samsung phone, not showing steps, cals or heart rate on app now, steps and cals displaying 0 and heart rate is just 2 lines! To be honest it's driving me daft that it's not syncing properly, hopefully they get it sorted soon!

Hi I have the same problem. Mine has only started over the last two days. I have a Samsung galaxy S8+ so it's not just one make if phone. Perhaps it's the new up date from fitbit.

Interesting. I'll blame my fitbit then. Such a pain really.

From what I can see the problem is due to the updated mobile app. It is no longer compatible with the Blaze trackers. You would have thought that they would have checked this before they launched the new app, but cynical old me thinks that they might just want us to upgrade to their new trackers (Versa et al)!

I have just added my new Fitbit Verse and upgraded the Android app on my phone and have also noticed that the Dashbord doesn't show my steps or Heart Rate etc.
When will there be an update for the Android application?

I started having problems with the dashboard on my phone displaying 0 steps.
Tried every possible solution recommended on this board & in the help section, turning BT off / on
Deleting & re-installing the app, restarting Fitbit itself, nothing works.
It shows correct numbers on my computer but not on the phone.
Did anyone had luck resolving this problem?
Do representatives of Fitbit ever read this forum & offer solutions, if it's a widespread problem?
