I have the same problem. I cannot install my fitbit Alta HR which I bought a couple of weeks ago. I have been wearing it but I cannot download any results on my fitbit App. I already have a fitbit charge HR which I have used successfully. Why do I get the message "please update your application to continue"? I cannot continue after that.
