S8+ notifications not working with Blaze

Hi all,

Just got the blaze and am unable to get my call and text notification on my galaxy S8+.  I'e tried EVERYTHING listed on the fitbit help page 

 

Even spoken to your customer care executive but nothing happens..

Hi there @rsreethar, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading you have tried all the possible solutions for this issue to now avail. Only as a matter for you to review if there isn't something missing I would like to share the following post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

I'm having the same problems also. tried all the recomme ded trouble shooting, yet still nothing.

Same here. This is not the first time it happened. Before, I was able to troubleshoot. Now, it wont work anymore.

Yeah I don't think a real solution has been found because I never had this
porblem with my other Samsung's.

I got sick of it. upgraded to the versa & it works great.
