My phone apparently is not compatible with the Versa. It has been working fine for last 10months or so and now not syncing and that is why. Please can u make the Versa compatible with the Samsung Galaxy A5

I appreciate that you mentioned your Versa has been syncing with your Galaxy A5. I've noticed that some users are able to sync their watches and trackers with non compatible devices, however, after an app update, it might stop working.
